It really seemed like these drunken nights were becoming sort of a thing.

Jiyong laughed, legs crossed as he scrolled through the webpage he was on. Seunghyun even chuckled behind him.

"Whoa, wait. Go back, go back. That one didn't make sense," he slurred, squinting at the comic on the screen. Jiyong looked back at him with a quirked brow and a disbelieving smirk.

"There is no way you don't get this," he said, pointing to the picture on the screen. "It's… It's like… They… They were just…" Jiyong stared at the comic, thinking for a second. It was like the pure amount of alcohol in his system was completely clouding his ability to speak. Instead he just laughed loudly, stifling it with his hand as Seunghyun looked over his shoulder.

"You're hopeless," he said with a small grin, taking the mouse from Jiyong and continuing to scroll down the page as he drank more. Suddenly he stopped.

"Oh, Ji. Look, it's one of those stupid relationship surveys," he said, smirking easily. Jiyong leaned back, shaking his head.

"What? What kind of questions are they? The computer's starting to spin a little," he mumbled, blinking a few times as he tried to focus on the screen. Seunghyun leaned forward, squinting.

"Have you… ever taken nude photos of yourself – Jiyong we're doing this survey." Jiyong groaned.

"Do we have to?" he whined, downing his drink. "I mean, I'm drunk but I don't know if I'm 'relationship survey' drunk," he added, brow raised questioningly as he poured himself a new drink. At this point in the night the two of them were through with mixers and were just drinking pure alcohol. Seunghyun glanced down at the bottle.

"What if we make it a drinking game?" he mused, words slurring together as he spoke. Jiyong cocked his head.

"Like… You lie and I catch it, you drink, and I lie and you catch it, I drink?" he suggested, looking up at Seunghyun as he spun his computer chair around. They sat in silence for a moment, both obviously thinking over the idea, before they simultaneously smiled.

"But you should print it. Because I can't look at the screen without feeling sick," Seunghyun said through a laugh, instead plopping on Jiyong's bed. He leaned back, eyes closed. When the printer whirred he grinned, but he remained unmoving until he felt the bed move beside him.

"Is it done?" he asked, sitting up. He found himself face to face with a full glass of liquor and a smirking Jiyong, who simply nodded. "Alright. Give it here." Seunghyun looked it over, eventually glancing up at Jiyong.

"I'll just go with that first one. Have you ever taken nude pictures of yourself?" he asked, and Jiyong looked at him with a flat expression.

"No. Why would I do that?" he asked, rolling his eyes. Seunghyun shook his head disbelievingly.

"No… No, that's a lie," he said, pointing at the other man. Jiyong coughed into his drink as he took a sip, the liquor almost splashing up into his face.

"No! It's not," he defended weakly, looking away. All it took was Seunghyun staring at him with a raised brow to make him sigh. "Fine. I took some once for an ex, okay? You happy now? Gimme that." Jiyong snatched the paper from Seunghyun's hand, the older man taking a swig of his drink as he smirked. "Hmm… What's your ideal date?" he asked, watching as Seunghyun thought.

"I'd say… A nice November sixteenth." It took Jiyong a moment to grasp what the other man had said, but when he did he just groaned, playfully pushing the other.

"Shut the fuck up, you know what I mean."

"I know. An ideal date. I don't know. A nice dinner, sharing some wine, relaxing on the balcony, looking out at the stars… I'd want it to be only us. And romantic." Seunghyun's voice trailed off, the older man losing himself in his thought for a moment before snapping back to reality. "Here, just set this on the bed. Let's keep going. Oh, and you never took your penalty shot. Go on."

Seunghyun watched as Jiyong took a shot directly from the bottle, shivering afterward. He smiled.

"Good. Now… Have you ever had sex in a public place… Or wanted to?" he asked, shooting a sideways glance at Jiyong. Jiyong just crossed his legs, fingers tapping idly at his lips.

"I haven't… But I almost did once. At a club. While we were drunk." Jiyong looked like he smiled at the memory and Seunghyun just rolled his eyes.

"I suppose I can believe that," he replied, taking a sip of his drink even though he wasn't being asked a question. Jiyong glanced down at the paper, blinking to steady his gaze.

"Have you ever had a one night stand?" he asked, and Seunghyun immediately shook his head.

"I've never had one and I never want one," he replied. Jiyong nodded.

"I don't even know why I asked that one, I already knew the answer. Drinking for a stupid question," he slurred, laughing at himself as he took another gulp of his drink. Seunghyun laughed as well.

"Some of these questions aren't great…" he mumbled, glancing through them. "Have you ever played strip poker?" he asked.

"Who hasn't?" came the immediate reply, and Seunghyun nodded in agreement. Jiyong sipped his drink. "How far have you gone with it?"

Seunghyun looked up and he could have sworn he saw a blush on Jiyong's cheeks. It might have just been the influence of the alcohol, but he didn't care. It made him smile nonetheless. Jiyong kept sipping his drink.

"I… I'm good at poker, so I've only ever gotten down to boxers," he mumbled over the rim of his cup. Seunghyun shook his head.

"No way. There's absolutely no way." Jiyong kept blushing, then just tipped the glass back more and took a bigger gulp. Seunghyun's smile widened. "You've been totally nude, haven't you?" he asked, and Jiyong looked away.

"Let's move on. Seunghyun! How far have you gone on the first date?" he asked, pointing to the other man. His dramatic actions made Seunghyun laugh, though he quieted down a moment later as he sipped his drink.

"On the first date?" he asked, and Jiyong nodded. "One time, on the first date, I got pretty drunk… And we ended up having sex. I didn't want to, it just… sort of happened."

Jiyong stared at him, brows furrowed. The mood had turned sort of serious, and Jiyong cleared his throat. That seemed to bring Seunghyun back to reality and the older man sighed, shaking his head instead.

"Sorry. I just… It's history at this point. I guess… Oh. Have you ever kissed someone of the same sex? And in the spirit of this game, I mean really kissed. Not a peck." Seunghyun leaned on his side, watching as Jiyong shook his head.

"Nah. I never have," he replied, looking at his drink. "There's barely any left. I'm just chugging this." Not a moment later the rest of Jiyong's drink was gone and he set his glass on the ground. When he sat back up he swayed slightly, rubbing his head. "Oh wow, the room's spinning. I… I need to take a break," he said, laughing loudly. Seunghyun joined in, finishing off what was left of his drink as well. He set his on the nightstand, then propped himself up on his elbow.

"Never?" Seunghyun asked. Jiyong just looked at him and nodded.

"Never. Why? Have you?" he asked, and Seunghyun shook his head as well.

"Never. Ever thought about it?" he asked, and Jiyong was silent for a moment before shrugging.

"Well, yeah, I guess. I mean, who hasn't? I accidentally opened some ad while I was on the internet once and ended up watching the beginning of some… It was weird, but it made me think. I guess." Jiyong pursed his lips, looking away. Seunghyun watched him.

It looked like he was lost in his memories again, or maybe just lost in thought. Regardless, he'd zoned out completely, so Seunghyun shook his head.

"Right. Accidentally," he said, smirking. Jiyong furrowed his brows, looking at Seunghyun in a questioning sort of way. When he realized what the other man was implying, though, he let his expression slip into an irritated one. He punched the older man's shoulder lightly, ignoring the laughter that was now emanating from his friend.

"It was an accident…" he mumbled, looking down. He shot a sideways glance at Seunghyun, though, and let out a soft sigh. "Hey, Seunghyun…" he mumbled, voice trailing off. Still laughing, Seunghyun looked up to the younger man and smiled.

"What?" he asked, though he tried to calm himself down when he saw the other man's thoughtful expression. "What's up, Ji?" he asked, and Jiyong reached up, brushing his hand through the hair at the nape of his neck. He glanced down.

"Do you wanna try it?" he asked, and Seunghyun blinked.

"Do I… Jiyong, how drunk are you?" he asked, and Jiyong puffed out his cheeks.

"Really drunk, okay? But neither of us have girlfriends and I'm curious and… I don't know. I figure if I would kiss any guy it'd probably be you anyway," he said, though the last part of his sentence trailed off into a quick mumble and Seunghyun barely heard it. There was a silence before Seunghyun took a deep breath and sighed.

"Okay," he replied softly, and Jiyong looked at him. He almost seemed confused, and Seunghyun saw him blush a little bit. The younger man situated himself so that he was facing Seunghyun though the older man didn't move. Seunghyun just rested there on his elbow, swallowing deeply.

This was turning into a weird night.

Before Seunghyun really knew what was going on, Jiyong had hesitantly leaned down, face level with Seunghyun's. The younger man scooted forward slightly and their faces were close, but Jiyong paused. Seunghyun couldn't help but glance down at Jiyong's lips, brow quirked slightly and breath hitching. It was slight, but it was there, and it made Seunghyun blink a few times.

The way that the two were acting, no one would guess that they'd even kissed anyone before. Jiyong was almost blushing and hesitant, not sure what to do, and Seunghyun couldn't stop staring at the other man. He couldn't help it. Jiyong leaned forward after what seemed like an eternity, his lips ever so slightly touching Seunghyun's. They barely dragged against each other but it made the two pause once more, both of them looking up.

It was like the entire mood in the room changed. It wasn't tense anymore and, even though there was a certain level of awkwardness, neither of them pulled away.

"Ji…" Seunghyun mumbled, the tone confused but with an underlying hint of something else. He personally couldn't believe they were doing this, but he was kind of flattered by what the other man had said. He looked over Jiyong, gaze moving along his face. He seemed to be thinking the same thing, and Seunghyun couldn't help but lean up, finally connecting and getting rid of the miniscule bit of air between them.

This kiss was firmer than what Seunghyun had imagined, and it was over moments later, the two of them sitting where they were and in sort of an awkward silence. The only thing that Jiyong could hear was the slight heaviness in his breath and Seunghyun's alike, and the beating of his own heart, which had sped up slightly. He kept his eyes trained on Seunghyun though, gaze tracing his expressions as he licked his lips.

Neither of them said anything, that silence lingering in the room for what seemed like an eternity. All of a sudden Jiyong didn't feel quite so drunk anymore but he didn't care. Before he could stop himself he leaned down again, lips catching Seunghyun's and another kiss forming between them. This one, however, felt different. Instead of being full of awkwardness and slight tension, it was full of heat. Instead of being curious and short, it continued. Jiyong's lips worked against Seunghyun's easily, his eyes slipping closed, and he couldn't help but let a sigh slip into the kiss as his teeth near involuntarily nipped at Seunghyun's own lips.

The low groan that came after that surprised both of them, Seunghyun pausing for a second as he grasped that he had made the sound. Jiyong blinked, breaths coming out quicker now and before he knew it they were kissing again, Jiyong's shirt being pushed up as he Seunghyun finally sat up. They broke the kiss only to toss the shirt away from them, reconnecting mere moments later. Jiyong let his lips part, tongue sliding across Seunghyun's lower lip as he cocked his head. Just like that the kiss deepened, Jiyong on his knees as he reached up to unbutton the shirt that Seunghyun was wearing.

The room felt hot and Jiyong let out a surprised gasp when he felt Seunghyun's hands on his chest, body arching into the contact. Neither of them heard the door open, the voice calling for them, or the door to Jiyong's bedroom being knocked on. They did, however, hear the gasp slip into the room that was obviously not one of their own voices. Both of them immediately stopped, though the position they were in couldn't have been played off as anything but what was happening.

"I… I'm sorry I was interrupting," Bom said, hand covering her mouth. Jiyong leaned over, Seunghyun's hand still on his chest and breath still ragged.

"Bom… Oh God, I'm sorry. I…" Jiyong's voice trailed off for a moment before he smiled weakly. "I guess… You're not going to believe me if I say that this isn't what it looks like?" he asked, and Seunghyun just shook his head, brows furrowed as an awkward chuckle slipped into the conversation. Bom just shook her head.

"I… I had rehearsal and it ran really late, so I couldn't make it at the time you invited me," she said, blinking at the two of them. "I'll… I'll leave if you want me to," she said softly. "I mean… It's not like I live far from here at all. I just…" Her voice trailed off, face slowly getting redder as she spoke. Jiyong shook his head.

"I'm sorry… Do you want us to walk you back?" he asked, looking to Seunghyun for a response. He just nodded, still looking down.

"No, I'm fine. But…" There was a long pause, the awkward tension slowly returning to the room. The three of them just sat there, not quite sure what to say at all until Bom finally spoke once more.

"I won't tell anyone," she said, nodding. "I don't even know anything happened. In fact, I literally just took a trip to the convenience store for a snack and am going home right now." She winked, which made a smile finally slip onto Jiyong's face. Seunghyun smiled as well, turning back to look at her.

"Thank you," he said, and she waved it off. It was obvious that she felt uncomfortable and was trying to play it off. Regardless, Seunghyun was grateful.

"We'll hang out tomorrow," Jiyong said, and Bom smiled softly.

"I'll get going," she added softly, turning and slipping from the room. Seunghyun and Jiyong both waited for the door to his apartment to close before looking back at each other.

Jiyong couldn't quite place the feeling that was moving through his being. It was slightly tense and a little bit awkward, but there was something else he couldn't put his finger on. He ended up just sighing, looking down as he played absently with the hem of his pants.

"I should get going, too," Seunghyun admitted softly, slipping off the bed. Had it been any other time, Jiyong would have protested. But right now, the tension was thick and he needed to sleep this off. He nodded, standing up and walking Seunghyun out. He said nothing until they reached the door, when he smiled.

"Thanks for coming over," he mumbled, and Seunghyun just looked at him, brow arched in response.

"Always," he replied easily, even laughing a bit. Jiyong joined in softly, though when the laughter quieted he was left staring at Seunghyun.

He didn't know why, but he couldn't look away and, for one moment, they both leaned in closer to each other. Jiyong bit his lip, eyes starting to close before Seunghyun pulled back, instead clearing his throat and smirking.

"I'll see you tomorrow?" he asked, and Jiyong just nodded.

"Yeah. Tomorrow," he replied, smiling back at the other man.

And with that Seunghyun made his way down the hall and back to his own place, leaving Jiyong there with his thoughts. In silence, he walked back to his room, plopping down on his bed. He sat there for a moment before covering his face with his hands and letting out an irritated groan.

What just happened?

He and his best friend has just gotten drunk and kissed.

"No. No, that wasn't kissing. That was making out. We just made out," he mumbled to himself, huffing as he let himself fall back onto the bed.

His mind was completely blank as to how he would fix the situation, so instead Jiyong just crawled under the covers, shaking his head at himself.

For now he would just ignore it entirely.

That would work.

That would have to work.
